Talk to us about 133 00:07:03.199 --> 00:07:05.759 what this is, what the problem was before, and what 134 00:07:05.800 --> 00:07:07.040 the Supreme Court decided. 135 00:07:08.600 --> 00:07:12.240 Well, basically what we're looking at is there was or 136 00:07:12.279 --> 00:07:15.879 three types of concealed carry laws in America. And there 137 00:07:15.959 --> 00:07:19.360 was what's called constitutional carry, where you could carry a 138 00:07:19.399 --> 00:07:21.759 gun if you were a law abiding citizen, you were 139 00:07:21.800 --> 00:07:23.680 good to go. You didn't need to go through any process, 140 00:07:24.360 --> 00:07:28.040 and those states very common or twenty five states that 141 00:07:28.120 --> 00:07:31.920 have that. Now, then there was what was called shall issue, 142 00:07:31.959 --> 00:07:33.920 and that was the state would give you a concealed 143 00:07:33.959 --> 00:07:36.360 weapons permit if you were a law abiding citizen and 144 00:07:36.480 --> 00:07:39.439 you applied. They would give it to pretty much everybody 145 00:07:39.480 --> 00:07:42.519 who met the basic criteria. Then there was what's called 146 00:07:42.639 --> 00:07:45.879 may issue, and that was states like New York, California, 147 00:07:46.399 --> 00:07:50.079 and these were states that have extreme restrictions upon who 148 00:07:50.199 --> 00:07:53.639 was allowed to have guns and who was allowed to 149 00:07:53.639 --> 00:07:56.720 carry guns in public. And what those almost always turned 150 00:07:56.720 --> 00:08:01.360 into were very bigoted skin teams were usually there were 151 00:08:01.439 --> 00:08:03.360 there was pay to play, so if you were rich 152 00:08:03.959 --> 00:08:07.199 and politically connected, you could get a concealed weapons permit, 153 00:08:07.639 --> 00:08:09.959 but if you are just a regular guy with a 154 00:08:09.959 --> 00:08:13.920 regular job, you're out of lot.
