Politicians like special 44 00:02:41.360 --> 00:02:44.240 taxes because what they say is we're going to raise taxes, 45 00:02:44.400 --> 00:02:46.800 but we're going to spend the money on a specific 46 00:02:47.120 --> 00:02:52.479 special purpose. In other words, they take hostages. They say that, oh, 47 00:02:52.599 --> 00:02:55.000 raise taxes and we'll give the money to this program. Well, 48 00:02:55.039 --> 00:02:57.080 we should give the money to that program already, we 49 00:02:57.120 --> 00:03:01.240 already have enough tax revenue.
