We're gonna touch on Artur Martrosian grabbing gold very Slit number four, and then Lou Brayden is the coldest player in the five hundred dollars freeze out. The Monster Stack is down to the final eighty players. That's the final eighty from a field of eleven, nine and thirty three. And then we got a whole bunch of other events that we'll touch on and get you guys updated. There were one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight nine tournaments. Nine tournaments that took place at the World Series of Boker today. I should actually clarify that nine WSP Gold Bracelet events, because I'm sure there was two to four daily deepstack tournaments, maybe a satellite or two. I don't know. Arter Martirosian tops all two hundred and forty two entries to win almost one point three million dollars. He beat Pavel plus heads up. After the win, Artur spoke with Jeff Platt on the stream. He told Jeff Platt that he felt that he and Pavel were the two best players at the final table, so then it was of course fitting that they ended up heads up against one another. Archur Martirosian has won three previous bracelets. He won the twenty twenty three to ten K Heads Up Championship online at Gigi Poker. That same year at do WSIP Paradise he won the eight hundred dollars Flip and Go event, and then twenty twenty five last summer, he won the twenty five k heads up No Limit Hold Them Championship. This tournament or this win being his fourth WSOP Gold bracelets and quite a bit of prize money there one point two eighty six million dollars this twenty five k high roller. Because it is a ten k or higher buy in event, it is a PGT qualifying tournament at the World Series of Poker. Seven hundred points were earned for march Erosian that allowed him to climb into the top fifteen of the PGT leaderboard. Think he's now sitting tied with Galen Hall in thirteenth place. I believe so Archer mars Rosian making some waves. Obviously, he's one of the absolute best in the world when it comes to high rollers. Him and plus Off battled for quite a bit heads up, both very very good players. Plus Off a couple of years ago won the millionaire maker at the DOBISIP. I believe it was Remco and myself on the call for that one, so we got to see him first hand take that title. Both played very well heads up, but ultimately it was Archer Martirosi and getting the job done and just absolutely freaking crushing the damn thing. Plus I've took eight hundred and fifty seven thousand dollars for a second place Sewn Winter you got third, another close call for Seawan Winter six hundred thousand dollars for him, and then rounding out the final table of six, you had Yasuki Mickey from Japan in fourth, Marius Gersa in fifth, and Chance Corneth about out in sixth place. Over in the five hundred dollars freeze out tournament, a tournament that attracted four thousand and one hundred entries, you had Brayden lou topping all comers to win his first WSP Gold bracelet and one hundred and ninety six thousand dollars. He's a twenty one year old kid out of San Diego and I saw on the World Series of Poker Twitter account that this was his second live tournament ever. That's absolutely ridiculous. The fact that his second live tournament after not only is abas apgold Braso, but it's Abasop gold bras when you had to beat a field of forty one hundred entries, So that's just pretty damn cool. He had his father on the rail for this one. He did appear in the winners photo with his son, as you might expect, and it sounds like just just you know, going through this Poker News recap article that they stopped in Las Vegas on his way home from school in Boston. He recently graduated from Gordon College, so they were driving from Boston to California. They planned it to go through Las Vegas. They stop off at the World Series of Poker, They hop into a tournament. Bang, the guy just rips it off for one hundred ninety six dimes. Just absolutely freaking it crazy. Now, his first tournament ever, his first live tournament ever was the fifteen hundred dollars Monster Stack, which we'll touch on in a little bit, but Lou did play in that one. Doesn't sound like he got much going there, but then hopped in the five hundred dollars freeze out and bang, next thing, you know, he's winning almost two hundred k. That's just I mean, this is what you know, w s AP dreams are made of. You know, it's you're just kind of getting your start in poker, especially in live poker. You're I know, you know, some people might say, well, it's only a five hundred dollars, by who cares. It's it's a sipgo race. So the guy topped more than four thousand people won almost two hundred thousand dollars. That's just absolutely incredible. So we'll see what the future holds for Brandon lou Maybe he starts playing more tournaments. Maybe he says, you know what, Dad, you go on to Cali. Okay, you you finish out the right, I'm gonna stay here. I got I got a little bit, you know more in finished business here. Maybe I'll try and win number two. Maybe I'll keep firing away. I mean, why not, right, I mean, might as well. If you're hot, you're hot, you might as well just take the shot. Well, while you're here in Vegas, So let's go the monster stack. As I just mentioned, they're down to eighty entries in that one from a field of eleven thousand and nine hundred and thirty three. Everyone left is guaranteed nineteen thousand dollars. They just finished up day three, they are heading into day four. This is, I believe a five day tournament. I think tomorrow the plan will be to play down into the final table and then day five they would finish it out. Valentin Vorniku a name that I hadn't heard in quite some time until the twenty five K Fantasy Draft when somebody threw him out and drafted him. And it turns out that, you know, people were saying that he's going to be playing a pretty hefty schedule. I did see him in at least one, if not two, of the ten K Championship mixed events. I think he was in the stud one, might have been in another one as well, so you know he's out there firing away. One of the tricky things with warnacup not a tricky thing, A tricky thing to pin down is that he has a whole crap ton of WSP circuit rings. Doesn't have a WSP goal basicly yet yet. But what's tricky is that I couldn't really pin down exactly how many circuit rings he had. I saw on social media that he had thirteen. Then I saw on the internet, just I think on Wikipedia maybe or just a Google search, that he had sixteen. But then the w s AP website listen with fourteen, so I don't really know how many he has, but he has a ton of these things. He's in the top three or five all time of w SP Circuit ring winners. He's a crusher, you know. He used to be around playing a lot more, at least in terms of like what I saw, you know, come across my desk or reading online or whatever, of him winning, going deep, et cetera. I used to always see him grinding every single day at the World Series of Poker. These more recent years felt like I hadn't seen much of him, But that doesn't mean he's not out. They're playing. I believe he was in La playing a lot, and here he is back at the World Series of Poker, and now he's one of eighty entering at Day four of the w SP Monster Stack. The prize pool has been announced in that tournament, or sorry, the remaining prize bol has been announced. It's more than one point three million dollars up top for the winner. I did mention that all the eighty players remaining are guaranteed nineteen thousand dollars, so first place one million, three hundred and two thousand dollars, Second place nine hundred K, then seven hundred K, five hundred, twenty K, four hundred K, three hundred and five K, two hundred and forty thousand, one hundred and ninety thousand, and ninth place is one hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Some of the other notables that bagged heading into day four, you got Andrew Moreno in second place. I saw on his Instagram story that it was basically two big pots on the day. The first one was sevens versus jacks that allowed him where he spiked a jet or sorry, he spiked a seven against one of the chip leaders to get a huge stack there, and then one another big pot later on. Next thing you know, he's up over twenty million. I saw towards the end of the night he busted someone with kings versus king that was in the Poker News updates, and he ends up sitting second entering Day four. Back in twenty sixteen, he finished sixth in the Monster stack for two hundred and forty two thousand dollars. In twenty nineteen he got forty ninth. In twenty twenty four he got seven hundred and forty seventh, and then in twenty twenty five last summer he got one hundred and twenty third. So some very deep runs had for Moreno in the Monster stack seems like it might be one that you know he wants to he wants to ultimately go on to win, and knowing how good that guy is in big field Nolan man Holden tournaments, especially when he has a lot of chips and he can do some damage, I expect Moreno to make a really deep run here, but I also expect him to not back down in the slight, you know, kind of like if you go back to event number two Daniel Gebba winning that one where we talked about how he said you can't hesitate in poker. If you see a spot and you think you got to take it, you need to take that shot. And that's the type of player that Moreno is. So you know there's a chance that things flame out for him with him going for it, But ultimately I would say he goes deeper more so than any bus out earlier because he's just that good of a player. You got Jego Morose made the wa s B Main Event Final table a couple of years ago. Aaron Massey still in, Kevin Eister aka one six six disease, John Wnock another dubbas that be Main Event Final tablest second place last year to Michael the Grinder, Miss Rocky so Big was still doing his thing. Aaron Johnson is in. Aaron Johnson won the WPT Prime Championship, almost ten thousand entries in that one when he won it in December, one thousand dollars buy in there. So Aaron Johnson an absolute freaking crusher. He final table the Millionaire Maker or the Monster Stackle. Maybe it was the Monster Stackle or the Millionaire Maker. Couldn't figure out which one was. But a second place in the Monster Sacking in twenty twenty four. I covered that one as well. Pedro Nevez won it, Jeremy Maher finishing in third place in that tournament. So that's uh, that's Aaron Johnson. Know the thing or two about these, you know big field, you know small to middle stakes buying. Nola had Holden tournaments. He has one, two, three, four MSPT titles. I don't know if this one counts this three hundred and fifty dollars one, but it does say MSBT main event, so I'm guessing it counts. I mean, just this guy is just incredible. I mean he's probably a little bit lesser known than Andrew Moreno, but still, I mean, Aaron Johnson is an absolute freaking crusher. I mean, this guy's incredibly He's got more than three point seven million dollars in live tournament earnings, so look out for him. We got Uri Reichenstein shout out to our fans team from last summer. Yur, He's still in there. You have Eric Blair still in there, Josh Samo an absolute crusher, and then David Peters is still in there. Obviously he had that situation that Dylan Lindy put out there on social media not too long ago, which kind of blew up his world. So I don't know, a little bit of a redemption feel good story maybe for David Peters if he's able to write things and then you know, if that stuff that Dylan put out there is in fact true. You know, if he's able to fix all those those financial situations that he that he might be in, then then great for him, you know, right, you know we're I think we're all here for a bit of a nice little redemption or a comeback story of feel good story. So we'll see how that plays out. But still a very long way to go in the monster stack. Of course. This tournament is an absolute freaking grind. They're going to play down to the final table on day four on Tuesday, play the final table out on Wednesday, and somebody is going to win more than one point three million dollars. Some of the other other events that took place, I mentioned that there was nine Wsipeagle Bracelet events that took place at Paris Slash Horseshoe. Today you had the fifty K high Roller kicking off. Brandon Wilson is the chip leader. After day one they drew one hundred and four entries, forty one of them bagged up chips. But I believe registration is still open. Yeah, it's open until the end of level ten. They played eight levels on day one, so two more levels of registration to start day two on Tuesday, registration will be open. Guessing we'll get some max late registration people in there. I was surprised to see a couple of the players in there justin Zachi fired. You know, we saw him. He's like, I'm sick and tired of playing the eight hundred dollars tournaments. You know, I didn't get to play the twenty five K six max, so here I am in this. You mean, good for him. Brian Breck didn't really know he was out there blasting the big high roller no limit stuff. I know he will play bigger in the mixed game formats, but he's out there firing as well. He finished with the third highest stack after day one. You know, I saw Colin Robinson in the field. You know, Colin Robinson, a player who I've talked about on this podcast before, but somebody who's always has been on our radar for the past couple of years for a one dollar player in fantasy, and very very good player can go deep in some big field events. I know he studies a crap ton, so stepping up his game here and really going for it with a buy into this this fifty K. Just rounding out the top five behind Wilson, you have Ignacio Morone in second, Brian Breck I mentioned him, He's in third. Christa Vogel Sang is in the mix. He finished fourth on the leaderboard and then Mattias Ebinger finished fifth the fifteen hundred dollars Big Oh. They are at the final table at time over. Let me see how many players are left. There are three players remaining. I am not going to be finishing this one out tonight. It's almost twelve thirty here. I'm playing tomorrow boys and girls. Okay, So I'm gonna try and get a little bit of sleep here before I got to wake up and get down to the strip. But at that big O final table three hundred and eighty seven thousand dollars up top, we have christophor Alsondor, Scott Abrams and James Rulier are the final three players. Scott Abrams is the only bracelet winner among those three. He's going for bracelet number two. But as I mentioned, we'll recap this one on the next show over. In the two K no limit hold them, they are down to the final two tables with twelve players remaining. You have Irwin Paschot is the chip leader. Braxton Dunaway, a bracelet winner and also third place finisher from last year's WSP main event. He's still in Emmy Beshahead is in there as well, Craig Mason looks to be the short stack. This one has a two hundred and eighty eight thousand dollars first place prize. The field, as we mentioned on the last episode, nine hundred and sixty eight entries here again. This is the two K nola at hold them and that will likely finish out on Wednesday. Should finish on a Wednesday, barring some sort of crazy long final table. Day two of the ten K Dealer's Choice took place as well. They are down to the final two tables at time of recording, they still have they have one more one hour level when I'm recording this, So this field is going to change a little bit between when I'm recording and when you guys ultimately listen to this one. But what I can tell you, guys is that there is a three hundred and seventy one thousand dollars first place prize. We'll be able to check the chip counts on Tuesday, but right now, I see Jake Schwartz as the chip leader. I see Chad Evesledge in there in second place. I see Jeremy Osmos, I see Nick Shulman, I see two time bracelet winner Ryan Miller. I see Bryce Yacki as one of the shorter stacks. So another one of those stacked ten K Championship fields. Ozmas is coming off a fourth place finish in the ten K stud that was the one that Naowa Kihara won his second gold bracelet of the summer, his third of his career just yesterday. And then Nick Shulman. We know Nick Shulman back at the beginning of the summer, second place in the fifteen hundred dollars Badugi event. And here's Nick now in the final two tables of the ten K Dealer's Choice trying to get gold bracelet number eight. This one has some potential for a pretty good final table if you want to stream this one. I know Dealer's Choice isn't easy on the graphics team, trust me, we dealt with that. You know, we get it. But with this sort of lineup here being a ten K championship event, this could be a really fun one get up on the broadcast for the fans to follow along with. Over in the six hundred dollars Half and Half the I mean I called half and half the PLO and Nolan at Holdham Mix, three thirty two entries were collected in this one, they are under two hundred. I don't think they're done for the day, think they're getting close. But I did see h Daniel Legrand who had a big stack at one point throughout the day. Brian Rass looked like he was doing well. Josh Reichard as well Alex Livingston. So I mean, it's only a day one of this tournament, so I'm not going to get too deep into it, but they do have a two hundred and four thousand dollars first place prize. This is a tournament that I originally kind of put on my schedule, thinking like, hmm, that could be some fun. You know. I've talked about how I wanted to start dabbling a little bit more in the PLO tournament streets and the fact that I would only have to play it half the time, you know, and then I could play some Nolan and hold them as well. Seems like this one would be a lot of fun, but ultimately passed on it. But it looks like I got a really nice turnout here with a up over thirty three hundred entries. And then the last tournament that we're going to hit on on today's show, we have the fifteen hundred dollars limit hold Them I believe friend of the Pod David Odb Baker said this is one of his top ten favorite tournaments of the year. I know there's a lot of limit hold Them grinders out there that just absolutely love the limit hold them stuff. This one is a seven handed tournament, which I'm sure many people like. And they drew five hundred and ten entries. I have no idea if that's up or down from the year before, but one hundred and thirty three thousand dollars up top. It does look like at the last break. Speaking of David odb Baker, looks like he's got a nice chipstack here, him and David Bach both sitting around one hundred and twenty thousand, which is well above what they started with. But of course day one here, pretty early on, they are approaching one hundred entries left in the field. Again, they started with five hundred and ten. So we'll keep tabs on this one as we go. That's gonna do it for me. On Tuesday, I'm going to dive into the fifteen hundred dollars no limit turbo bounty. I've talked about these these turbo bounties before. I really like them. You know, I know that the WSIT calls them turbos. I believe they have twenty minute levels. And I mean for somebody like me who regularly plays a lot of the stuff here around Las Vegas, you know, a twenty structure with twenty minute blinds isn't really that bad. You know, this is like, it's better than any of your daily tournaments. It's it's similar to a lot of the other smaller buy and stuff. Now. I know the price point is a little bit higher, being fifteen hundred dollars, but you know, yeah, it's going to be faster than the Monster Stack or the Millionaire Maker or you know, one of those other tournaments, but it's not that much faster than the Colossus or the Gladia Years of Poker or any of those. Right, So you know, this is gonna be a lot of fun, you know, I like it. Get in there, get out. Believe it's scheduled as a one day tournament. Hopefully I'm in there all the way till the end, collecting boundaries the whole way. I think it's five hundred dollars per boundary. Maybe it's three hundred dollars per bounty. I don't know. I'll figure that out before I get in there tomorrow, but it starts at ten am on Tuesday, and I'm going to try and be there for hand Numero uno, So wish me luck everyone.
