The city sued them 1448 01:21:43.840 --> 01:21:46.800 and reached the settlement in twenty twenty one, for example, 1449 01:21:46.840 --> 01:21:50.279 where Vinebrook had to pay six hundred thousand dollars in 1450 01:21:50.680 --> 01:21:53.600 fines and penalties that it hadn't paid or fees that 1451 01:21:53.640 --> 01:21:57.880 they hadn't paid. So two years down the road, in 1452 01:21:58.000 --> 01:22:01.199 January twenty three, the city sued them again, and this 1453 01:22:01.359 --> 01:22:06.880 time they're looking for placing Winebrook in receivership.
