So what does that mean. He's also accused of 108 00:06:45.240 --> 00:06:49.480 throwing the fireworks himself at the officers, and one of 109 00:06:49.519 --> 00:06:53.560 these fireworks exploded and injured in an officer from the 110 00:06:53.639 --> 00:06:58.319 exploding sparks. If convicted as charge, mister Rodriguez will be 111 00:06:58.319 --> 00:07:04.040 facing six years and four months in state prison. Second case, 112 00:07:04.439 --> 00:07:10.079 it involves Randy Paul Ruiz and Georgina Ravalero. Both have 113 00:07:10.279 --> 00:07:13.680 been charged with two felony counts of assault upon a 114 00:07:13.720 --> 00:07:17.560 police peace officer. On June eighth, at approximately three p 115 00:07:17.720 --> 00:07:21.240 forty pm, police were holding a skirmish line at the 116 00:07:21.319 --> 00:07:26.240 corner of Temple and Alameda Streets, where mister Ruiz allegedly 117 00:07:26.319 --> 00:07:31.480 drove his motorcycle into a line of officers. Minutes later, 118 00:07:31.920 --> 00:07:37.720 Miss Ravalero is accused of driving another motorcycle into the officers, 119 00:07:37.759 --> 00:07:43.120 injuring one and knocking down several others.
