Kelly was 118 00:07:16.480 --> 00:07:21.160 last seen around eight thirty pm by the manager slash 119 00:07:21.160 --> 00:07:25.439 owner of the store, a man named Joe Henry. So with that the investigation began. It was discovered that Michael was the one 165 00:10:16.279 --> 00:10:20.120 that slashed the tires on Kelly's car.
