Rivera 150 00:08:56.879 --> 00:08:58.840 was sentenced to death for the killing of a police 151 00:08:58.840 --> 00:09:01.720 officer and three life sentences for the subsequent killings of 152 00:09:01.799 --> 00:09:05.919 three other women. Some have suggested that Rivera was merely 153 00:09:05.960 --> 00:09:08.720 an easy suspect, as he was already in prison and 154 00:09:08.919 --> 00:09:12.559 was a known serial killer.
