In 1976, Otterbane was a small 106 00:06:23.410 --> 00:06:26.250 and quiet community filled with farmers with plenty of fields 107 00:06:26.290 --> 00:06:29.089 and farmlands to tend and to ensure that food reached 108 00:06:29.209 --> 00:06:32.410 every corner of the state and beyond. Not much happened 109 00:06:32.449 --> 00:06:35.290 in Otterbane, aside from the odd incident, and it was 110 00:06:35.350 --> 00:06:40.399 a town where everyone knew everyone and everyone's business.
