That's a problem for me. For example, it's it's got a three strike provision. It's 540 00:41:09.559 --> 00:41:15.239 got a whole host of individually problematic items that you know, I take issue 541 00:41:15.239 --> 00:41:19.840 with. But I would like to remind everybody listening that we elect our judges, 542 00:41:20.039 --> 00:41:24.760 we elect our commonwealth attorneys, and for the legislature to step in and 543 00:41:24.840 --> 00:41:30.840 make these substantive changes to Kentucky's laws for a problem in two counties versus one 544 00:41:30.880 --> 00:41:34.480 hundred and eighteen, when you know, I think that a lot of this, 545 00:41:34.639 --> 00:41:38.920 frankly comes down to voters making bad decisions, electing people who have a 546 00:41:39.000 --> 00:41:45.880 liberal mindset that does not enforce law and does not penalize crime. So how 547 00:41:45.039 --> 00:41:50.719 how would is this act if passed in its current form? How would it 548 00:41:51.039 --> 00:41:54.920 How would it would restrict the liberties of people in those other one hundred something 549 00:41:55.000 --> 00:42:01.039 counties in Kentucky. Well, with this particular legislation, I don't feel that 550 00:42:01.119 --> 00:42:05.599 it's you know, unlike other types of bills that we talk about restricting freedom, 551 00:42:05.719 --> 00:42:08.719 obviously, things like wire tapping or the involuntary confinement and the mental ill 552 00:42:08.760 --> 00:42:15.239 would have serious constitutional implications.
