So we ended up finally going to the 552 00:41:19.760 --> 00:41:23.119 Fifth Circuit. The Fifth Circuit rules for US on the non delegation doctrine. 553 00:41:23.199 --> 00:41:29.559 The Congress delegated too much authority to the sec that the aljs, the administrative 554 00:41:29.599 --> 00:41:36.599 law judges are unconstitutionally sitting all of them, and the Seventh Amendment was violated 555 00:41:36.880 --> 00:41:42.079 by trying this fraud case in an in house agency court without any right to 556 00:41:42.159 --> 00:41:45.119 trial by jury, and that went up to the Supreme Court. Therefore, we're going to control your property and tell 583 00:43:47.519 --> 00:43:51.320 you what you can do on your property with a dry stream.
