And Peter Van Arsdale, PhD. And I also learned in that 76 00:06:39.279 --> 00:06:46.319 book that the APRO, the Aerial Phenomena Research Organization APRO, indeed investigated and 77 00:06:46.000 --> 00:06:53.279 researched the ranch in Colorado. Springs, and it has you 105 00:09:01.320 --> 00:09:05.480 know, towns like Franktown, Elizabeth, Kiowa, Semila Rama. These are 106 00:09:05.559 --> 00:09:11.639 all small towns. A lot of these towns have cattle ranches. So the 107 00:09:11.720 --> 00:09:16.559 whole area was affected. And there was a lot of newspaper articles from back 108 00:09:16.600 --> 00:09:18.480 in the day. And one of the first things I was able to do 109 00:09:20.240 --> 00:09:24.399 was fly out to Florida and I did a wonderful interview with the widow and 110 00:09:24.519 --> 00:09:28.679 the son of a sheriff in Elbert County in the seventies. And I found a really cool article about Dick 155 00:12:48.200 --> 00:12:52.399 Mulligan, who in later years became the caretaker of winter Park ski resort, 156 00:12:52.480 --> 00:12:56.879 and there's a ski run, a black ski run for experts called the Mulligan 157 00:12:56.039 --> 00:13:01.799 Mile, And in that article it talks about Dick Mulligan having the gift of 158 00:13:01.960 --> 00:13:07.279 gab and bold exaggeration. Well, Dick Mulligan was born and raised on this 159 00:13:07.559 --> 00:13:11.720 ranch of my childhood, so I find that kind of interesting. And then 160 00:13:11.840 --> 00:13:16.639 talking with vocals of the area, they say they've seen orange orbs and lights 161 00:13:16.759 --> 00:13:22.279 and strange things happening at this particular property years and even decades before the military 162 00:13:22.399 --> 00:13:26.600 presence. So when it comes to answering the question of how long has this 163 00:13:26.919 --> 00:13:31.720 phenomenon been in this location, I think it predates the military presence.
