That is the job of the legislative branch. Oh, Brett Kavanaugh. So those six voted to say 177 00:13:28.279 --> 00:13:37.039 that the Constitution prevents essentially political retribution against a former president as he's performing his 178 00:13:37.200 --> 00:13:43.799 official duties.
