Why are we far behind? Okay, So we know summer's coming up, 501 00:37:15.079 --> 00:37:16.840 a lot of people are going to be spending a lot of time outdoors. 502 00:37:17.079 --> 00:37:21.599 So when they're buying sunscreen, what are some things that they should they should 503 00:37:21.679 --> 00:37:23.719 check the label, and what are some things they should look for, and 504 00:37:24.280 --> 00:37:30.639 is there anything they should specifically avoid When buying sunscreens. They should look for 505 00:37:30.679 --> 00:37:36.440 an SPI value between thirty and fifty. It's our recommendation to ensure that you're 506 00:37:36.480 --> 00:37:43.119 getting adequate protection. Look for mineral sunscreens, so again those sunscreens that might 507 00:37:43.159 --> 00:37:47.840 contain zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Zinc oxide has been shown to provide good 508 00:37:47.880 --> 00:37:53.440 protection from both UVA and UVB rays.
