And 72 00:05:13.519 --> 00:05:15.639 now the Plantists, who represent a large group of home sellers, they say 73 00:05:15.759 --> 00:05:20.519 that it's grossly unfair for the home seller to pay the commissions of both the 74 00:05:20.600 --> 00:05:25.439 buyer's agent and a listing agent, which has has been a common practice for 75 00:05:25.480 --> 00:05:29.800 decades. And the defendants, led by the NAR say that that's actually the 76 00:05:29.839 --> 00:05:34.079 most efficient way and it's will complicated. Now, the NR doesn't say 90 00:06:30.800 --> 00:06:33.920 how much you need to offer the buyer's agents. It could actually be as 91 00:06:33.920 --> 00:06:40.920 little as one dollar. But the planists argue that sellers who are the plants 92 00:06:40.959 --> 00:06:44.959 in these lawsuits, class action sellers, you know, they have little choice 93 00:06:45.000 --> 00:06:48.040 but to promise the customary two and a half to three percent if they want 94 00:06:48.079 --> 00:06:53.800 their home to get traffic from from broker versus. So have the buyer just pay their agent directly.
